By accessing or using the Real Fabworkz website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. Real Fabworkz reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Real Fabworkz provides custom automotive fabrication, collision repair, paint and body work, upholstery, and related services. All services are subject to availability and our shop's current workload. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion. Estimates provided are not guarantees of final pricing — actual costs may vary based on the scope of work discovered during the repair or build process.

Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Verbal estimates are not binding. Final invoices may differ from initial estimates if additional work is required or if parts pricing changes. Customers will be notified of significant cost changes before additional work proceeds. Real Fabworkz is not responsible for price fluctuations in parts, materials, or labor rates beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicle prior to drop-off. Real Fabworkz is not liable for any personal items left in vehicles. Vehicles left on our premises beyond the agreed pickup date may be subject to storage fees. Real Fabworkz reserves the right to charge a daily storage fee for vehicles not retrieved within 7 days of completion notice.

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless a prior written payment arrangement has been agreed upon. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved financing. A deposit may be required for custom builds or large-scale projects. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Unpaid balances may be subject to a mechanic's lien in accordance with California law.

Real Fabworkz warrants our workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles from the date of service, whichever comes first. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover parts, materials supplied by the customer, normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect. Parts and materials are subject to manufacturer warranties only. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original vehicle owner.

Real Fabworkz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or manufacturer defects discovered during the course of repair.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle and the services requested. Customers must disclose any known pre-existing conditions, prior repairs, or modifications. Failure to disclose relevant information may void any warranty and relieve Real Fabworkz of liability for related issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is legally registered and insured.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, and build documentation, is the property of Real Fabworkz and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission from Real Fabworkz.

Real Fabworkz collects customer information solely for the purpose of providing services and communicating with customers. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to complete services (e.g., parts suppliers, insurance companies). By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described herein.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Imperial County, California. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
